How can we help?
Ask us on our Discord server about setup, the VM, Studio or your license. It is also where you buy or renew a license and get a lost key replaced. There is no email support.
Discord
The one place to reach us: ask in the server or send us a direct message. We answer questions, sell and renew licenses, replace lost keys and handle refunds there. Discord’s own terms apply to it.

- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
- For VM or Studio trouble: what the Diagnostics page shows. It can also open the logs folder.
- Never your license key or an API key, and never post them in a Discord channel. We do not need them to help.
Logs stay on your PC unless you send them. Look through a log before you do: it can contain folder paths with your Windows user name and project names. How we handle what you send is in the Privacy Policy.

Windows warns before an unsigned installer runs. The download page explains the warning and how to check the file.
Security issues
Found a vulnerability? Send it to us in a Discord direct message rather than posting it anywhere public, with the version, steps to reproduce and the impact.
