1. About these terms
These terms are between you and RoVibeCoder ("we", "us"), the seller, run by its owner. You can reach us only on our Discord server (section 17). These terms cover buying a RoVibeCoder license, which you need to use RoVibeCoder, and using our content service. They apply together with the End-User License Agreement, which covers the app itself, and our Privacy Policy.
You must be an adult where you live to buy a license. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must buy it and accept these terms for you, and is responsible for how you use it.
2. Who sells to you, and how
We sell licenses ourselves, by hand, on the RoVibeCoder Discord server. There is no online shop and no reseller: we sell to you directly and are the seller in your purchase.
- Ask us. Join the server and ask us for a license. Before you pay, we tell you there the plan, the license period, the price and how to pay.
- Pay. You pay us by PayPal or in cryptocurrency. For a crypto payment, we give you the coin, the exact amount and the address to send it to in a direct message. Any network fee for sending a crypto payment is yours to pay, on top of that amount.
- Agree to immediate supply. Before we send your key, we ask for your agreement described in section 8.
- Get your key. Once your payment has arrived, we send your license key in a Discord direct message to the account you bought with. A PayPal payment has arrived when PayPal shows it as completed; a crypto payment, when it is confirmed on its blockchain. Our contract starts when we confirm your payment.
Discord is a service of Discord Inc., which is not a party to your purchase. You need a Discord account to buy, and Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to your use of Discord. PayPal's terms apply to a PayPal payment, and the terms of the wallet or exchange you send from apply to a crypto payment.
Pay only to the PayPal account or the crypto address we give you in a direct message from our own Discord account. Check the address, the coin and the network before you send: a crypto payment sent to another address or on another network cannot be called back, by us or by anyone. We never ask for your card details, passwords, wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
3. What your license includes
RoVibeCoder needs an active license. You can download and install it free of charge, but you need an active license to work with it: without one, you cannot start new work in the app, such as opening a project or starting an agent or a terminal (section 6). An active license includes:
- The app: RoVibeCoder's desktop app with all its features, such as projects and templates, terminals, agent tools, the virtual machine, the Rojo and Roblox Studio connection and the asset bank. They run on your PC; the app contacts our server only to check your license and to deliver licensed content.
- Skill packs: playbooks that help your coding agents build Roblox games. They are signed by us, checked by the app before they are installed, and given to your agents through RoVibeCoder's tools and inside its virtual machine.
- The asset catalogue: a library of assets you can add to your projects, each with its own license and credit. The catalogue is not available yet. When it is, we will say on the Discord server which plans include it.
Your plan decides which skill packs are included and how many devices you can use. We tell you both on the Discord server before you pay. We add, update and withdraw skill packs over time. We may withdraw a version that turns out to be flawed, in which case the app goes back to an earlier version.
4. Prices, the license period and renewing
- Price: we state the price, the plan and the license period on the Discord server before you pay. You pay the price we confirm to you in our conversation; the only addition is the network fee of a crypto payment (section 2).
- Your record: the message with your key, or for a renewal the message that confirms it, says what you bought and until when. Keep it, together with the PayPal or blockchain record of your payment.
- Period: a license runs for the number of days you paid for, from the day we issue it. The Account page in the app shows when it ends.
- No automatic renewal: a license is not a subscription. We never charge you again by ourselves, and no payment leaves your PayPal account or your wallet unless you send it. When the period runs out, the license ends unless you have renewed it.
- Renewing: to keep using RoVibeCoder, buy more time on the Discord server, the same way (sections 2 and 8), before your license ends. We add the days to your license: your key stays the same, and the app gets the new end date at its next license check, or at once when you select "Check now" on the Account page. If your license has already ended, the new days count from the day we add them.
- Price changes: we may change our prices. A new price applies to purchases and renewals after the change, never to time you have already paid for.
5. License keys, devices and offline use
- Your key. We send your key once, in a Discord direct message. We store only a fingerprint of it and cannot show it to you again, so keep it safe. Keep it to yourself: anyone with your key can use your license's device slots. Never post it in a Discord channel or anywhere else.
- A lost key. If you lose your key, or think someone else has it, ask us on the Discord server, from the Discord account the license was sold to. We give your license a new key and send it to you in a direct message, and the old key stops activating. Devices that are already activated stay signed in, unless you ask us to sign them out too, for example because someone else may have used the old key.
- A lost Discord account. If you can no longer use that Discord account, for example because someone took it over, ask us from another one and tell us details of your purchase that only you and we know: when you paid and how much, and the name and email address of the PayPal account you paid from or, for a crypto payment, the transaction ID and the address you paid from. The email address you gave us when you bought helps too, if you gave one. If they match our record, we send a new key to your new account, never to the old one, and sign out every device of the license. From then on we deal with that license only on your new account.
- Devices. You activate the license on the Account page in the app, on as many devices at a time as your plan allows. You can see your devices and deactivate any of them in the app, which frees its slot at once. If you can no longer use a device, for example because it broke, ask us and we remove it from your license.
- Signed-in devices are not to be copied. Each device's sign-in can be used only by that device. If the same sign-in is used twice, we sign that device out to protect you, and you activate it again with your key.
- Offline use. The app checks your license when it starts and every 6 hours. When it cannot reach our server, it keeps working for up to 14 days after the last successful check, but never past the end of your license. After that it locks, as section 6 describes, until it can check your license again.
6. When your license ends
Your license ends when its period runs out and you have not renewed it, when it is refunded or its payment is disputed (section 7), or when we end it under section 12. There is nothing to cancel.
When your license ends, or when the app has not been able to check it for 14 days:
- the app locks: you cannot start new work in it, such as opening or creating a project or starting an agent, a terminal, Rojo, the virtual machine or a Roblox Studio connection, until you renew your license or activate another one. Work that is already running when it locks keeps going until you stop it or close the app, so you can finish and save it;
- skill packs stop working and are removed from your PC and from RoVibeCoder's virtual machine;
- the asset catalogue closes, but assets you already downloaded from it stay usable under their own licenses;
- your projects, the code and other work your agents made, and the files in your asset bank stay on your PC and remain yours. Nothing is deleted, and you can keep working on your projects with other tools, such as Roblox Studio, Rojo or a code editor.
When you renew or activate a license, the app unlocks with your projects as you left them. Your account data is kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
7. Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, ask us for a refund on the Discord server. We look at each request on its own and tell you there what we decide.
- PayPal: we refund you through PayPal, to the account you paid from.
- Crypto: a blockchain network cannot reverse a payment. A crypto refund is a new transfer from us, in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us, for the amount we agree with you on Discord.
- Your license: a refund ends the license at once.
- Disputes and chargebacks: opening a PayPal dispute or a chargeback for your payment also ends the license at once. If it is closed in our favour, we can turn the license back on.
This does not affect any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.
8. Your right to withdraw (EU and UK consumers)
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance, such as one made on Discord. For digital content that is supplied straight away, that right ends once supply begins, if you agreed to that.
Before we send your key, or add the days of a renewal to your license, we ask you in the Discord conversation to agree that we supply them immediately, and to confirm that you understand you then lose your right to withdraw. We send the key or add the days only after you have agreed, and supply begins when we do. We confirm your agreement in a direct message: the one that carries your key, or for a renewal, the one that gives your license's new end date.
If the law of your country still gives you a right to withdraw or cancel, for example for the service part of your license, nothing in these terms takes it away. Our refunds in section 7 apply in addition.
9. Acceptable use
When you use RoVibeCoder and our content service, you must:
- follow Roblox's Terms of Use, its community rules and its rules for creators, and the terms of any other platform you publish to. You are responsible for the games and other material you publish, including what your agents made;
- follow the terms and usage policies of the AI providers and agent tools you use;
- respect other people's rights, including copyright, trademarks and privacy, and follow the license of every asset you use;
- not share, sell or publish your license key, skill packs or catalogue assets beyond what their licenses allow;
- not copy the asset catalogue in bulk, or use automated tools to download from it beyond normal use;
- not attack, overload, probe or try to get unauthorised access to our servers, and not bypass device limits, rate limits, license checks or signature checks;
- not use RoVibeCoder for anything unlawful, or to make malware, cheats or exploits that break Roblox's rules.
10. Third-party tools and services
RoVibeCoder works with tools and services that other companies and projects provide. We do not provide them and are not responsible for them, for their output, for their availability or for what they do with data you give them.
- Agent tools and AI model providers. You install agent command-line tools (for example Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or Gemini CLI) and connect them with your own accounts or API keys. Their terms, usage policies, privacy policies and charges apply between you and their providers, and any fees they charge are yours to pay. AI output can be wrong, insecure or infringe someone else's rights; review it before you use it.
- Roblox Studio is provided by Roblox Corporation under its own terms.
- Rojo, the open-source tool that syncs your project's files into Roblox Studio, comes with
RoVibeCoder: the installer includes an unmodified copy of Rojo, which its authors license under
the Mozilla Public License 2.0. That license, not these Terms, covers Rojo, and
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txtsays where its source code is (see section 7 of the EULA). You may run a Rojo you install yourself instead, under "Which Rojo runs" in a project's Rojo panel. - QEMU, which runs RoVibeCoder's virtual machine, is open-source software you install yourself, under its own licenses.
- Downloads for the virtual machine. When you set up the virtual machine, RoVibeCoder downloads the Ubuntu base image from Canonical, and the machine installs Node.js, Ubuntu packages and the agent tools you choose from their public sources. Their own licenses apply.
- Discord, where we sell licenses, send license keys and answer questions, is provided by Discord Inc. under its own terms and privacy policy (section 2).
- Payments. PayPal handles a PayPal payment under its own terms. A crypto payment goes through its blockchain network and the wallet or exchange you choose, under theirs.
11. The content service
- RoVibeCoder needs the content service to check your license. We aim to keep it available, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may need to stop it for maintenance or updates. The offline period in section 5 covers short interruptions.
- We set limits that keep the service fair and secure, such as how often a device can activate or download.
- Some skill pack versions need a minimum version of the app. Install updates to keep receiving new versions.
- If we decide to close the content service for good, we will tell you on the Discord server at least 30 days before, and refund the part of any paid period after the closure. Without the service the app cannot check licenses, so it then locks 14 days after its last check (section 5), unless we have released an update that lets it run without one. Your projects stay yours either way.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your license if you seriously break these terms or the End-User License Agreement, for example by sharing your license key, reselling skill packs or attacking our service. Unless the problem is urgent or unlawful, we will first tell you and give you a chance to fix it. If we end your license without good reason, we refund the part of your paid period that is left.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We will tell you about important changes on our website and on the Discord server before they apply. Changes apply from your next purchase or renewal; the time you have already paid for stays under the terms you bought it under, unless the law requires a change. If you do not accept the new terms, you do not have to renew.
14. Liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or projects, lost profits or income, actions Roblox or anyone else takes against your account or games, the output of AI models or agent tools, or any indirect loss.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid for your license in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for harm caused on purpose or by gross negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care, and you keep your legal rights for digital content and services that are faulty or not as described.
15. Roblox and other trademarks
RoVibeCoder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Roblox Corporation. We do not use Roblox's logos. Roblox, Roblox Studio, Discord, PayPal and the names of other third-party products are trademarks of their owners and appear only to identify those products.
16. Disputes
Please tell us on the Discord server first: most problems can be solved quickly. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
17. Contact
RoVibeCoder is run by its owner, and our Discord server is the only way to reach us: to buy or renew a license, for support, refunds and lost keys, and for privacy requests. Every page of our website, rovibecoder.nearcsx.dev, links to it. There is no email support.
